When a shipment cannot be delivered to the receiver, it will be returned to our warehouse and a charge will be applied to your account. The charge will be equal to the original shipping price, plus a fee to receive it and report it back to you. The charge for a return is usually at least $20 plus taxes per return.
When a return is received, our warehouse fulfillment team will scan the shipment and automatically generate a return email that is sent to you along with the shipments original tracking number and condition of the item.
Returns can take up to 6 months to be returned to us, as this is the nature of the postal system.
